  • Do you sew in hair?

    It would take 3-5 working days for your custom unit to made and delivered to you. We have both standard and express delivery options. See our delivery options. 

  • How long will it take for my handmade wig to be made?

  • Do you customise all your frontal wigs?

    All frontals are bleached and pre-plucked to create a natural hairline.

  • Can I use other hair for my custom wig?

    No. Our caps come in 3 sizes (S, M, L). Simply have a look at our size guide to find what best suits you.

  • What hair do you use?

    Yes.  However, we are not able to colour your units as because we cannot guarantee the outcome of the colour and the hair texture after the colouring process.

  • Do you need to know my head measurements?

    Yes.  However, we are not able to colour your units as because we cannot guarantee the outcome of the colour and the hair texture after the colouring process.

  • What if I’m late for my hair appointment?

    Due to very tight schedules, clients will be given a 30 mins leeway, after which their £25 deposit will be lost. An additional charge of £10 per half hour will be applied.

  • How much is shipping and how long does it take?

    We provide FREE worldwide delivery to most locations. UK delivery is FREE with next day guaranteed delivery. Most delivery to USA, Canada, Europe, Africa and the Middle East take an average of 2 working days. Other locations also take an average of 2 working days because we use DHL for international delivery. See our Delivery Options.
