Using Wella T18 Lightest Ash Blonde To Tone Brassy Hair ! This video tutorial will show you how to tone out ugly brassy orange tones in the hair to leave you with beautiful soft shinny sandy blonde hair. This is how to do it with wella toner. Wella T11 and T18 was used in this video. With this particular wella toner I mixed an an ion scalp sensitive developer in 20 volume. Using two part developer and one part toner. This would ensure enough penetration of toner into the hair and depositing only balanced neutral cool tones, for a soft subtle beautiful blonde result. Make sure always to deep condition after every color/toning process. This is to ensure long lasting color. The toner was left on the hair for 15 minutes. You can leave it on longer depending on how porous and brassy your hair is. Do keep an eye on the hair and keep in mind that the longer you leave it, the more ashy it will turn out. Before you start bleaching your hair make sure your hair is nourished and in the best possible shape.
