Wig Construction, Bundle Installation & Styling Service – MUST READ

This service is for clients who would like to send in their existing wig to have our Custom Coloured Bundles added

We can either add an additional coloured bundles, creating a fuller, refreshed, and completely transformed unit — giving you the look and feel of a brand-new wig. We can also create the unit from scratch using your bundles from your existing unit and one of our bundles.  

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

 

⚠️ This service MUST be purchased together with at least ONE bundle from our Custom Coloured Bundles Collection.

Orders placed without the required bundles will not be processed and may be cancelled or delayed.

What You Need To Do

3. Ship your wig to us once your order is confirmed
4. We construct, style, and transform your unit
5. Your completed wig is shipped back to you ✨

 

Turnaround Time

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your wig and bundles for completion.

(Excludes shipping time.)

Important Notes

• Wig must be clean and free from product buildup before sending

• Severely damaged or fragile wigs may not be suitable for reconstruction

• This service is non-refundable once work has begun

Custom Wig Construction & Bundle Installation – FAQs

 

1. Do I have to purchase bundles to use this service?

Yes. This service MUST be purchased with at least one bundle from our Custom Coloured Bundles Collection.

Orders placed without the required bundles will not be processed.

 

 

2. Can I send in my own bundles instead?

No. We only work with Luscious Locks Custom Coloured Bundles to guarantee quality, colour consistency, and longevity.

 

 

3. What type of wigs do you accept for reconstruction?

We accept most lace wigs and closure wigs in good condition.

Wigs that are severely damaged, excessively shedding, or heavily thinned may not be suitable. If unsure, please contact us before shipping.

 

 

4. Does my wig need to be washed before sending it in?

Yes. Your wig must be clean and free from product buildup before sending.

Wigs received in poor condition may incur additional charges or be returned unworked.

 

 

5. What exactly is included in the construction service?

This service includes:

 

• Professional bundle installation
• Wig reconstruction for added fullness
• Secure weft placement
• Styling (straightened or curled)
• Final quality check before shipping

 

 

 

 

6. Can you colour my wig as part of this service?

 

This service is for construction and styling only.

Colouring is only applied through the purchase of our Custom Coloured Bundles.

 

 

7. How long does the process take?

Please allow 10–14 business days from the date we receive your wig and bundles for completion.

Shipping time is not included.

 

 

8. How do I send my wig to you?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive instructions on where and how to ship your wig safely to us.

 

 

9. Is this service refundable?

No. All construction services are non-refundable once work has begun due to the custom nature of the service.

 

 

10. Will my wig look brand new after reconstruction?a

Your wig will be fully enhanced and refreshed, however final results depend on the original condition of the wig and the number of bundles purchased.

 

 

11. Can I request a specific style?

Yes. You may request your preferred style at checkout or via email once your order is placed.

Complex or specialty styles may require an additional fee.

 

 

12. What happens if my wig arrives damaged?

We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping.
