How much does each bundle weigh?

Each bundle weighs approximately 95 grams, providing full, luxurious volume

How many bundles do I need for a full head?

• Lengths 12”–18”: 2–3 bundles
• Lengths 20”–24”: 3 bundles
• Lengths 26” and above: 3–4 bundles
  (For a very full look or short leave-out, we recommend adding an extra bundle.) 

What are custom coloured bundles?

Custom coloured bundles are professionally dyed to order using high-quality salon products to achieve rich, long-lasting colour while maintaining the integrity of the hair.

How long does it take to process custom coloured bundles?

If your custom coloured bundles are not ready to ship, please allow 10–14 business days for colouring and processing before dispatch.

Ready-to-ship items are sent sooner. 

Can I heat-style the bundles?

Yes. Our bundles can be curled, straightened, or waved. For best results, we recommend using a heat protectant and keeping temperatures moderate.

Can the hair be washed and reused?

Absolutely. With proper care, our bundles are long-lasting and reusable. Many clients enjoy them for 12 months or longer. 

Will the colour fade?

Custom coloured bundles are professionally processed; however, like all coloured hair, some fading may occur over time.

To maintain colour:

• Use sulphate-free shampoo
• Avoid excessive heat
• Limit frequent washing

Can I recolour or bleach the hair?

We do not recommend bleaching custom coloured bundles, as the hair has already been processed. Re-colouring darker shades may be possible, but results cannot be guaranteed. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, all hair sales are final, especially custom coloured bundles. Please ensure you select the correct length and colour before purchasing.

• Air dry where possible
